We started our story in hospitality, and since then, it’s been our heart and hustle.
Our story began in the hospitality industry, and we've been passionate about helping improve this vibrant community ever since. Our journey led us to serving restaurants and bars across North America. We realized the need for delivering on-demand pay to hospitality workers and digital payouts for operators. What was once a risky, manual, and cash-based process was transformed into a streamlined, digital task.
Then came the pandemic, which turned the hospitality industry on its head. We knew we had to help in any way we could, so we offered our platform for free to support restaurants and operators in their recovery efforts. We focused on improving our app-based services for the workers in our network, determined to help them through the tough times.
As restaurant revenues are starting to recover, we're taking a step forward by slowly switching to a subscription-based model. This will allow us to invest in new features that will help service businesses navigate the unique challenges of 2023. From labor shortages to inflation and evolving consumer preferences, we've got their backs. With our industry expertise and new technology, we'll continue to support our clients and help them thrive in an increasingly competitive market.
