Getting launch ready

In the lead-up to your Virtual card launch, please take a moment to update your portal. Remove inactive staff members to streamline the transition and ensure that your portal reflects only active, up-to-date team members.

Launch day

On launch day, you will notice a ‘Migrating’ status next to each staff member’s name in your portal. This new status will help you track who’s completed their new payout setup. An employee can only be paid once they're in a ‘Ready’ status, so encourage them to complete their setup promptly.

Share the Activation Guides

We’ve prepared two guides to help your team activate their account and virtual card—one for current team members, and one for new hires who join later.

These guides include clear, step-by-step instructions. Share them through your usual internal channels so everyone can get set up quickly and start accessing their pay.

Post launch

Continue monitoring each member’s status. Anyone who isn’t ‘Ready’ will remain ineligible for payments. We’ll send frequent reminders to employees who haven’t finished their setup.
